[/quote] Since Lax for the Cure is a championship format they try to split the top teams into two brackets so that more top teams make it to the championship round. If you look at the brackets the Scarlet division and Salmon division both get 3 teams moving on, Ruby gets 2 and the rest get 1. People would complain that the championship part was not fair as top teams were getting knocked out early while playing an uneven schedule in pool play. Based on ranking Pride should definitely be in either Scarlet or Salmon but tournament directors do not always comply with requests. [/quote]
