But leaks can actually diffuse the damage having this kind of information kept secret can do. Once it’s public, it loses value. So that may be part of what we are seeing re/leaks. So if the government is leaking it, it’s a signal to those that may have stolen it, that they know. We really have no idea though. This is the craziest crap I’ve ever seen.[/quote]
