While the FBI dropped the photo and video and said it was from abduction night, there are several reasons people think the still photo was earlier in January. The guy is not wearing a backpack or holster, his shoes seem different, and the background and sky are very dark, like the sky may have been several weeks before the abduction. On Feb 1, there was nearly a full moon and there appears to be a moon shadow of the suspect, and the background shrubs and house across the street seem a bit more lit up. On the still photo, it is very dark, like it might have looked 2 weeks earlier.[/quote]
