Do you ever wonder if there is a small part of Justin's brain that questions whether he made any mistakes here? I certainly hope so. He ruined his entire career -- and I mean ruined -- with a series of weird, inappropriate, and frankly stupid behaviors. Was it SH? I don't know,  I'm not a legal expert. Do I think walking in on an actress while she's topless and refusing to leave or at least face away is totally inappropriate behavior? YES. Telling your co-star (as her director) that you want to add a scene where your character (an abuser) climaxes simultaneously with her character, because that's what you and your wife do? Calling multiple actresses on set "sexy" or "hot"? Trying to convince an actress to do a birth scene with unscripted nudity by claiming "it's not normal" for women to give birth in hospital gowns? Asking a pair of actors if they "practiced" for their sex scene because it was so "hot"?

Do you think Baldoni ever looks at these incidents written out in Lively's filings and thinks, "huh, I can see now how that might be considered offensive or uncomfortable for the person on the receiving end of these behaviors." Ever?[/quote]
