That way nobody is admitting they were wrong. But I would love to know if that is even possible, and if there is a settlement, will the public get any details? Are they allowed to keep things closed? I’m not clear on what is in the public domain versus not. Clearly there are several documents that Blakes team were trying to keep sealed that were not able to be sealed and she tried to put a gag order very early on when the lawsuit website with the timeline went up and that failed. So I know a lot of it is out of their control, but I’m just not sure what parts of the settlement would be. [/quote]
