The English teacher asked him what it was so he pulled it out of his backpack. Sounds like he was following the advice to keep it under wraps but no way he could refuse to show it to the English teacher since she told him to take it out. That's another reason I don't fault the English teacher for being concerned. I would have been worried, too, but the administration and the cops just went overboard. [/quote]
