Yes.  You as a private citizen have the right to fly the flag based on your pride and love for it.  Just as I have the right to fly my Black Panther flag.  People also have the right to judge us for that - right or wrong. [b] However, that flag and the history (including its recent history) it represents have no place on the State capitol grounds in 2015 - a building that is supposed to be a positive public symbol and representative for everyone in that state.
