As someone who has 3 addicts in her family (all in various stages of recovery), when you see certain behavior, you are VERY on edge about it.  It's hard not to be.  Kyle seemed to have been an enabler for a while and I feel like she is at the end of her rope.  Brandi has now become Kim's enabler.  What I have learned from visiting family members in rehab is that all it takes is one pill, one sip, one puff to be hooked all over again.  No person who is strong in their sobriety would ever consider taking a pill without knowing what it was.  Kim is not a very strong person and is more concerned with what her kids and others will think if they find out she is slipping, than admitting that maybe she could use a refresher at a rehab facility.  My family members rehabs had open doors for any person who felt they were slipping and would have them come back for a week to re group.  [/quote]
