No, she's not a racist. But what she said was racist and inconsiderate and rude. She made a disparaging comment about a person and implied she was a weed-smoking rasta hippie simply because of her hairstyle. The implication and sterotype that G. attempted to perpetuate was that anyone with dreads (which would most likely a black person) does drugs and smells. Not cool. And not funny. [/quote]
