I agree with you that a new school with strong DCPS backing is equally likely to be successful whether EotP or WotP. I feel pretty strongly that revitalizing Roosevelt is the right answer for DCPS and the city. But I get the sense some other people think geography is destiny, and I'm trying to understand why they feel that way.[/quote]
