Farmland was not comfortable going to school with minorities at Kennedy or at Woodward I guess. So they created a change.org petition.

But the point is this was not "11th hour".  Taylor proposed Farmland going to school with Hispanic community.  He also proposed WW and VM going to Woodward and it being a majority-minority school with utilization rates 10% above WJ.  There was proper notice and comment.  BOE should affirm the Superintendent's recommendation.[/quote]
