This situation is akin to when OJ publicly stated that he wanted to find the “real” killer of his ex- wife Nicole.

Trump knows he is the one who posted this - as does everyone with a brain cell.
So why would anyone waste their time trying to find the “other” person who posted this??!
It would be an obvious waste of time.

I swear Trump acts like a tortured adolescent boy.

Maturity is obviously not mandated to run our great country.

I blame 50% of this on Trump though.

They are obviously racist themselves.  How so many people could believe Obama was not a citizen with a white mom from Kansas and his two white grandparents raising him in Hawaii is beyond me. Doesn't really matter about facts.  People just make up stuff they want to be real. Trump supporters showed their racism back then and still do today. [/quote]

Obviously Obama is American, but his childhood is more complicated than this, which is why the conspiracy theory could take root, between his dad and the time Obama was raised in Indonesia. So people who chose to believe Trump had some kernel to cling to to make themselves feel like they were the smart ones who figured it out.  What Trump is doing now is just making stuff up that's clearly not supported by anything.

I think the ultimate downfall of Biden and the Democrats at the last election is that people were repeatedly told we weren't seeing what we knew we were seeing first hand.  Now MAGA is really starting to go down the same path. We know what we saw in Minnesota. We know what we're seeing on other videos. We know Trump posted that and it's racist. My sincere hope is that that attitude of "you're wrong about what you know you're seeing" will be Trump's downfall. Because it doesn't appear anything else will take hold.[/quote]
