[/quote] I agree with everything else but it isn't true that they aren't deployed in Texas and Florida. They are in the top three for detentions. They are just doing it differently, not aggressively and on the street like in blue states. Their defense is because the red states "cooperate." Obviously they want to punish and terrorize blue states.[/quote] +1 I don’t think they are doing as much of the door to door raids and racial profiling down there. The methods are entirely different.
