Cc destroyed the vrsc 09 team by being overly ambition and selecting second rate players. He's also overly influenced by ED who didn't get along with BP because he so unorganized. cc will likely quit or get fired. allhedoes is yell and berate young female players. That team only had one goalie and they had to promise her full time to get her on the team. I don't know how he get immunity from his 2 year old antics. No other coach has such immunity. He clearly doesn't develop players. The ECNL teams in the area aren't much better. You have BP stealing talent from all the other clubs to stack teams. Fairfax Union or whatever it's called now has dropped significantly for similar reasons. All that's left is Arlington and VDA for decent ECNL teams. GA will soon surpass these clubs because it's a better turn league and has a strategic advantage with the boys teams in MLS next. These clubs all basically crap on girls soccer
This was posted a few times before, sitting on his beach chair and only standing up to yell like an angry drunkard. It’s evident who’s forcing moderator to delete posts and entire threads. Forget about ED or the Johnsons, those can barely communicate efficiently let alone coach young female athletes
Is it true VRSC is inviting him and his crew to leave the OneFamily?
Why would they? Almost every team has improved vs. last year. The guy literally has multiple Nat’l Championships, USWNT and USYNT players under his belt.
There are three GA coaches, CC, MJ, and JU. ED and JJ are just hanging around the sidelines and have nothing to do with the GA teams' performance this year, although they'll have a role for any future homegrown ulittle talent. CC has a track record that is matched by very few coaches in the DMV, that's just a fact, but things don't seem to be headed in the right direction for his teams. If he and VRSC parted ways, who would replace him? Hard to imagine the club could attract someone with a better track record. MJ used to coach at FCV (he left several years before CC) but he was not a GA coach there, and he coached some very bad VRSC teams before the GA era began. JU did not come to VRSC via FCV, he came through the boys side and this is his first year coaching with CC. What do people think about him? It's easy to complain about the coaches, but turning around a program as weak as VRSC's girls program was never going to happen overnight. Maybe it never will. FCV rarely developed ulittle talent, instead they stole it from other clubs, but VRSC is not in a position to steal top talent from anyone.
rumor has it GD is headed to VRSC.
I heard this too. Taking at least one GA team in spring season. What kind of coach is he?
I’ve heard zero good about this coach.
I heard GD is taking the precious 13s. Not heard a single good thing about him. Also actually look up CCs “accomplishments”. He was kicked out of Spirit after just a few months. His supposed track record is reflective of what we’ve seen over the last two years at rev. All talk, no substance, no development. Just pay to play.
I heard same thing about GD and 13s. There is talk of him on the GFR thread, including that he had four of their teams in the fall. Is he really leaving them mid-season to take a team that struggled to beat TSJ?
There is no RL in the spring for U15 and older so the “season” is basically over for the teams he coaches.
