I haven’t read the whole thread but have people brought up the role to which these boy-moms are implicated in perpetuating toxic masculinity?
Boy moms where we used to live were all about having superficially polite boys (Yes ma’am) who were bullies. They also try to get them to be athletes not scholar athletes, “leaders” their boy group, and would socially engineer ice cream or trick or treating “dates” with SAHMs’ “cute” daughters (who did dance or cheer) from grade 4 onward. If that didn’t work for long term marriages they’d shove their boys to SEC school frats to find and marry some blond made-up clone of themselves (the unemployed sorority girl boy-mom). The pressure was toxic and boy moms was the puppeteer.
