Maybe oos yield is low bc in order to get in UVA from oos, you may have ability to get in ivy? Look at the oos stats. Or a massive scholarship at own state school. Who cares about yield when the stats of the oos kids are extremely selective. [/quote]

Every public school has community college students including Berkeley, Michigan, and UNC.
