I don't think the origins of this relationship were Ariana's finest moment but she did did not 'have' to suffer preeclampsia because of Ariana Grande. AG is not powerful enough to give someone a common pregnancy ailment. Or PPD, although I'm sure the dissolution of the marriage didn't help on that front.
