Yesterday, my son finished all 30 of the problems in less than 30 minutes. I wished the teacher spent a bit more time on each chapter, but the book has 120 chapters, and I understand time is an issue. However the series is used for homeschooling and there is plenty of material with solutions and explanation parents can purchase for extra practice or reteaching. BASIS may not be the best, but it seems like a salvation when transferring from schools where structure is practically non existent.[/quote]
