They were asked in the letter to provide proof of citizenship to the registrar’s office within 14 days. They didn’t.[/quote]

Some letters were sent to the wrong addresses. Some letters arrived at homes AFTER the 14 day deadline to respond.

Again, it’s a voter’s responsibility to update their mailing address when they move. And that’s still no justification for the original judge to put noncitizens back on the rosters.

I think a U.S. citizens fundamental right to vote should not be taken away because you moved addresses.
