Not the OP, but I think you need to relax and realize that the law may not care about your arguments. 
Who and how many can be tracked easily, not a lawyer, but I am in IT. 
Does not matter if they say which game, if it is a lie and slanderous.

Oh and I don't know how you are saying someone is screaming. Its a written post, how do you scream in a post unless you type in all caps?
Honestly, it sounds like someone is giving the Indy coach an idea. If I were the OP of the "after game" post, I would be very careful about what I post. That coach seems like one that may do what the PP said and go after him.
