Agreed. And for new clubs the risk increases based on the number of club teams they are running their first year or their competition level target. We need more clubs in CHRVA to accommodate demand but too many of the new ones try to go too big too fast and flame out quickly. When they do its the players that suffer.

If you are looking at a club less than five years old, ask a lot of questions and pay close attention to the answers. Then ask any parents what they thought, especially compared to any established club experience they may have.[/quote]
