I am skeptical when a parent is really running the show. HUGE red flag. Agree u definitely do not need to travel out of the area for your MS athlete to prepare for HS, but this model of a parent trying to run the team under the YJ brand is not the holy grail to success. What happens when the parents cannot control the coaches? STAY AWAY. [/quote]

Why would "skeptical" "STAY AWAY" when you clearly know nothing about how YJ operates.  What you describe is BLC --parents running a team under a team brand.  BLC 2030 has two coaches that are both parents, and others get to chime in on who they want in and who they don't.  But that is how many successful youth programs operate.  Look at M&D 2030 - the #1 team in the country - parents on the coaching staff.   Take a look at Next Level and Madlax, not as great.  [/quote]
