As for the cut on his hand--how did he cut his non-dominant hand throwing a glass? The effort to reconstruct throwing the glass showed it would have taken considerable effort to shatter not just one throw, even a hard one, into a sink. Why was there no blood on the glass pieces or in the sink? You know how you can injure your finger to the point where it was extremely swollen in addition to bleeding? By beating two victims with unmitigated ferocity, using both hands, when they were attempting to fight back.
