It won't just "happen".[/quote] The 1993 carjacking law is still on the books but needs to be charged and laws lessening penalties for juveniles need a new look. Politicians continue to be deluged by activists from DC Justice Lab, ACLU and others pushing a decarceral agenda. They show up at hearings in matching shirts, even fly people in to fill seats. Citizens need to be louder. [/quote]
