When the CRE implosion is fully felt and fed and commercial leases expire and are renegotiated, will not be good. Particularly bad combo with a Council with little real life work experience who see themselves as international activists rather than DC administrators and leaders. As the city spirals, we get resolutions about Gaza and Cuba. Maybe there is a connection of some sort there given how many are DSA endorsed. [/quote]
