Fast-forward to 2023, and no such scoping occurred over the past four years; no adjustments were ever made to the CIP; and Frisch later claimed that the relocation of a cheap modular to McLean's campus "fixed" the overcrowding there.  At no point did he ever speak up about the need for a real "permanent solution."

So from our perspective he really turned out to be full of crap.  Don't know much about Sabio but definitely not voting for Frisch again.
