I’m black. Yes, it is black people. Folks can debate the structural causes going back to slavery and the history of oppression in this country, but a more productive use of time is debating how to fix it. Black culture is riddled with problems and we are at a point in America where it is frankly out of control. I’m used to being called an Uncle Tom for being open about this, so have at it. [/quote]

Also black and agree, but I wouldn't say its "black culture" but moreso the culture of lower class folks in our race. I rarely if ever see those who come from stable, middle and upper class families/backgrounds or immigrants do this. I blame this culture of wanting to be a perpetual victim, drill music, ghetto culture and a lack of positive role models as the reasoning.

People who want to slap and tar all black folks aren't coming to this with good intentions just like those who see us as victims and oppressed. Ohh and no, before the white people comment, I'm as blue as anyone here. This isn't a left-right-center issue.[/quote]
