Not correct.  Masks work if everyone uses them properly.  Which a lot of people didn't in the US during the height of covid, which contributed to the perception that masks don't work.  People still mask who are sick, or immune compromised.  It's not performative, it's an attempt at self-preservation.  And your nasal flush nonsense isn't helpful.     [/quote]

WRONG. They DO NOT WORK. Period. If they did, why haven't humans been wearing masks since the dawn of time to prevent illness? THEY DO NOT WORK. JFC you people need help. Stay in your basement with your masks, nitrate gloves, and keep sanitizing your groceries. [/quote]

I wouldn’t go as far to say they do not work, but I’d say they don’t work that well.  Also Covid is mostly spread at home.  People finally gave up masking because they all got Covid anyway.  Even if you claim masking works, well it didn’t work that well to contain the spread of covid.  Ignoring the fact covid is spread via aerosols.  [/quote]
