I mean, there's a lot to unpack there.

First of all, how are those insurgents doing in general elections?

Second of all, isn't the big problem with Lil D that he is seen both as an establishment candidate, and also as a whackadoodle? Like the people who want a normie R see Lil D as too volatile and frickin weird. And the ones who want an insurgent see him as faking being an insurgent while at his heart he's an establishment Bushie.

He isn't playing 40 dimensional chess here. He got high on his own supply. He bought the hype but didn't do the work, and it's showing. He's also a fakie faker who stands for nothing other than trying to grab the Fox spotlight - but even at Fox they are back to sidling over to Trump, who like it or not really is Lil D's daddy in this scenario. ^ Also, this is a focus group of one - but there is one weirdo in my otherwise blue Florida neighborhood who has a Trump flag out on his yard. For a couple of months, he had a sign in his window that said DeSantis and Daddy 2024 - with pictures of Lil D and Trump on it. Now he's back to just putting out Trump signs. I usually use this guy as some barometer of where the nutty part of the party is leaning. I think they're losing interest in Lil D.[/quote]
