Places where pedestrians have the right-of-way 2. Places where drivers have the right-of-way 3. Places where pedestrians are not allowed to cross There are not a lot of places where pedestrians are not allowed to cross. Of course, before the auto industry invented "jaywalking", pedestrians had the right-of-way everywhere on the road. [/quote]
