Hello!  I hear “Don’t be timid”.  Go into this new job displaying confidence.  This will be setting the tone for the future.  If you in with confidence, you will have an easier time setting boundaries for yourself and getting what you ask for.  Being timid make you ripe for them trying to take advantage of you (I say trying because you are not a pushover).  There is a sense that if you start one way and change once you get comfortable, they may not like that.  So start this job strong utilizing your inner strength and keep your head held high.  Should any opportunities open up, this attitude is what will propel you forward.  I don’t feel displaying this confidence comes naturally to you, but I do feel this is who you truly are.  You may worry about being overly confident and messing things up.  However, as long as that confidence is not coming from ego and is a true display of your character, you will go far and the opportunities will open up for you.

I do want to clarify what  I said in regards to “displaying confidence does not come naturally to you”.  I do think it comes naturally, but you mask it by acting more timid because in the past, people have been uncomfortable or put off by it.  At this current job though, it is important to be your authentic self.

The cards that represent your current energy are the Queen of Wands in reverse and the Emperor in reverse.  You have natural leadership skills and the motivation to want to utilize them in your career, but because of what you are holding onto from the past, you are not allowing them to see the light of day.  You must take the reigns and embrace this.  You must believe in yourself and that this confidence is a gift and nothing to be ashamed of.  I think part of the issue is when people see you, they feel the insecurities within themselves and that makes them uncomfortable.

The cards that represent your current job energy are The Hierophant in reverse and the 6 of Cups.  I feel there will be opportunity for you to possibly carve your own path here.  If you got back to a time when you did live your life as your authentic self, you can draw upon that to bring forth what you need for your current situation.  You will derive more happiness if you can do that.

The cards that represent the energy of any opportunities opening up are the Knight of Wands in reverse and Temperance.   You need to be patient and allow yourself to settle in before making any big moves.  Now is not the time, but you will intuitively know when the time to make the move is.  When the time is right, it will require determination and inner resolve, so use this time to get a lay of the land and feel things out.

The cards that represent what to work on are the Ace of Swords in reverse and the King of Wands in reverse.  You need to work on not overthinking and allowing those leader traits within you to surface.  The more you overthink, the more you will suppress them.

The Outcome should you do this work is The Chariot in reverse and the Ace of Cups.  If things are not progress as quickly as you like, do not immediately put the brakes on what you are doing and think something is wrong.  I am feeling like you need to learn to pace yourself and be patient with things before allowing a momentary issue to create internal havoc.  If you can do this, if you can put your confidence on display, try to not overthink, and learn how to be patient, I think you will find this current job to bring you emotional fulfillment and a fresh start in regards to your career.[/quote]
