Hello!  I have an image of you in a boat traveling through a tunnel.  You can see the end of the tunnel, but you never seem to reach it.  As I saw this, I heard “Broaden your horizons”.  I feel as if you have a narrow scope in regards to what you should be doing and because of that you are not feeling as fulfilled as you could be. It’s like you are being pulled towards something more, but seem to be blocked from seeing or knowing what that is.  You may never really have been allowed to follow your heard and are working towards others expectations or what you think is expected of you by others.  It’s time to dig deep and think about what you should be pursuing or doing, and that answer is 100% within YOU.  If you could do anything, what would it be?  The first answer that popped into your head is where you should start the journey.  You should indeed reach out to others if this is a drastic change.  Follow your heart and at the end of that tunnel is where it opens up to what is possible.

There is a sense that you are not getting the recognition you need to feel a part of the team.  I feel this is what may be causing you to question things and listening to your inner voice is crucial at this time. If you do want to negotiate where you are, it will be important to stand up for what you want and most importantly, what you deserve.  Manifestation works by believing we already have it and doing the work to bring it into reality.  You have good inner strength and if you go into negotiations and they do not match what you know you deserve, then it’s time to high tail it out of there.  Granted, this is if you choose to stay and not follow your heart initially.

Now that I’ve pulled the cards, I am feeling a lot of this comes down to inner work and unblocking yourself from what you think is expected of you.  You need to follow your path with only your own expectations of yourself.

The cards I pulled that represent your current energy at the Knight of Wands and the 3 of Cups.  I feel the time is right to follow your intuition and what you want.  There is a sense that you may not be clicking with a lot of the people that you work with and that can also be part of the issue with where you are.  I feel your strength and work ethic may threaten them a little bit.  Maybe not threaten, but I do feel you are assertive and that can make people uncomfortable.  Use this energy to start moving you towards what YOU want.

The cards I pulled that represent your current job are Judgement and the 5 of Swords. This says to me that you are waking up to the fact that you are not getting what you deserve.  It’s like they are taking credit for the work you are doing.  If this is the case, that must be incredibly frustrating and I feel that you also need to put your foot down and demand that you get the credit for the work done…in the nicest way possible.  Use your assertive nature to help you get this.

The cards I pulled that represents a new job are the 5 of Wands and the 6 of Pentacles in reverse. I feel like a new job would be more of the same if you stay in this current energy of not demanding the respect and recognition that you deserve.  So this is where I realized the block may be within you.  You need to know your worth and it should expect no less than that.  People will try to take advantage of us if they know we can, but you may be surprised at what can happen if you let them know you understand they are toying with you.

The cards that represent what you need to work on are the 10 of Cups in reverse and the Hierophant.  You hold the key to your success and happiness.  Allow your inner voice and knowing to be your guide and teacher.  This involves a heavy dose of learning to believe in yourself and figuring out what YOU expect of you.  Not what others expect of you.  Of course at any job there will be expectations, but when it comes to WHAT you are doing, those expectations belong solely to you.

The cards that represent the outcome based on this work are the 5 of Cups and the Page of Cups.  Should you do this work, you will see yourself letting go of what no longer works for you.  This may be a difficult process due to some conditioning within, but I believe that once you start this, new and more fulfilling things will begin to pop up for you.  Keep an eye out for synchronicities as they can be messages that you are on the right path.  The more you listen to your intuition, the more those messages will pop up.  [/quote]
Thank you! This has given me a lot to think about. I feel like I don't know the answer to the question, "If you could do anything, what would it be?" Also feel like I'm invested in my current area, and it feels too late to change course and go into a different career.  While I feel that you're right that the block is within me, at the same time, I've been applying to different jobs and hearing nothing back. So, reaching out, but getting no responses besides auto-replies. Just feel defeated and like I've stayed too long where I am and, in the meantime, life has passed me by.

I do try and note synchronicities, but when nothing pans out despite what synchronicities seemed to have indicated, I doubt the significance of them and write them off as me reading too much into something that wasn't true.
