The shooter was live streaming using a rifle scope with a video card. He also had a camera rigged to monitor the hallway outside the apartment.

Part of the ongoing investigation. A lot of cash to front for weapons and ammo. Plus AVA monthly rents about $1750. That’s $7000 since January, in addition to rent in Fairfax. [/quote]

Probably Covid relief funds.  A ton of fraud in the payments - particularly the unemployment payments.
