You got all of that from the short video?[/quote] Not PP, but this woman had an Instagram page for her dog (the one she is choking in the video), and the dog seems to have had an unusual number of injuries and near-death experiences. She seems pretty unstable so it wouldn’t surprise me if she was an animal abuser as well. Luckily, she has agreed to surrender the dog back to the adoption place.[/quote]
