No. If you feel a message in the forums is defamatory to either you or your business, please contact the website administrators and ask that the message be reviewed. Threats of legal action are normally treated with a great deal of scorn and will generally result in less cooperation rather than more. Before wasting your time, your attorney's time, or our time, please become familiar with Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Section 230 provides a great deal of protection to the website operators and clarifies that the target of your legal action should be the author of the post in question. When potentially-defamatory posts are brought to our attention, we will remove or edit them, or assist in identifying the author at our discretion.

As I noted, we have cooperated by removing a significant number of posts. The facts stated in one of the posts that this individual has asked to be removed are supported by other posters. There are no posts saying that the information is false. I have no idea what is true or not, but I am not willing to let an anonymous reporter dictate what is true.

If defamatory information is being posted here, the target of any legal action should be the individual that posted it. I will respond to any legal requirement to help identify such posters. If your intention is to intimidate us with legal threats, you should know that you will not be the first. Do not expect to maintain your anonymity in such circumstances. We will publicize any attempts at intimidation.
