Gibbs plays the tournaments like scrimmages and when all his pitchers get their 30 to 40 pitches in, he just goes home. Imagine the cost to all the families and they don't even get a chance to compete. He also doesn't show up for the tournaments so he never gets a chance to talk to scouts.[/quote]
