DP.  I’m in NYC and there is absolutely no redshirting in publics.   There is also no “reporting” or rattling on suspected residency fraud, so it’s enlightening to read about DC practices - I used to live in DC.[/quote]

I have a parent who is a MCPS career lifer and most family is in the DC suburbs, I have a child in the age range of this part of the board, and we may move.
