Given Randall’s personality, I could imagine him being extremely smart, frugal and cautious with his money. He probably socked away a ton. With Jack dead and his mother not much of an earner, he probably qualified for a full ride to college, and there would have been some life insurance money that maybe provided a nest egg first house down payment.[/quote]
