Not the pp.  Former FCPS teacher here. 
Check out the cost of ESOL services in schools.  HUGE.  Over 1/3 of the students in FCPS speak a language other than English at home.  How many of these are here illegally?  We don’t know because they don’t report - they don’t even ask when they are enrolled.  They are not allowed to.

Bullsh1t. Have you been to schools recently? There is a huge, LEGAL international presence in this area. Some may be unauthorized but the vast majority are here legally. Just because someone speaks another language and has a different complexion than you doesn’t make them unauthorized.

As pp pointed out, at least 1000 unaccompanied illegal aliens who entered the country a few years ago were settled in FC.

Much of the “international” presence in FC are children of diplomats and people working in DC.  These children are not illiterate in their native language.  Many of those entering illegally are illiterate, or the children of parents who have entered illegally.  Of course, those children are citizens now.  Another issue we need to address.
