These maps are about which units do or could walk to different schools. If you look at overlays among multiple schools in a region you might see the same planning unit appear as walkable on multiple schools' maps. That unit won't end up at all of the schools. It is about the art of the possible in terms of maximizing the number of walkers and minimizing buses as they shift boundaries. [/quote]
