What is the school board doing to encourage that?[/quote] People leave Yorktown and W-L too for choice programs. Yorktown - perceptions that it has a toxic, entitled rich-kid culture. W-L - way overcrowded. A 4th HS will fix the W-L problem. For the Yorktown culture, it seems that's more a parenting problem. [/quote]
