I would imagine they would stay on through the feeder and have the right to continue. Do you think DCPS will rip a child out of a school after 6 months? Do you also think 6 months is realistic? What exactly is being provided /asked so the family is "on their feet" in 6 months? Independence  doesn't just happen. What is the program being offered in this total "wrap around" shelter? [/quote]

So if residents really do rotate through the shelter, it becomes an one-way gateway for more and more students to enter the Wilson cluster.  What genius thought that up, in an already overcrowded feeder pattern?[/quote]
