Definitely overpriced to start with, then she had ridiculous restrictions on showing the house, plus all of this tax lien stuff that surely they knew about adding to the desperation for a sale. Put it all together and you have all of the ingredients for a fire sale and a perfect opportunity for a cash buyer to lowball the crap out of them and they had to take it because there was no other option on the table.  No wonder Karen ran off to Bermuda and made Ray do the entire move on his own. [/quote]
