Literally the only students who will get on the bus for the 45 minute trip to Kennedy will be our current FARMS students in apartments near Rockville Pike. They will be worse off as they will be in very high FARMS school. They are the students losing here. A lot of kids from those neighborhoods have gone on to do great things after graduating from WJ, btw. But sure, take that away from them to fox Kennedy.

People make $500,000 plus to buy in these neighborhoods. They will move a bit south to continue going to WJ or just go private without blinking an eye.

You simply can’t force people to send their kids on a 45 minute bus ride to a high FARMS school, so Flo needs to assume a pretty high margin of attrition from non-FARMS families.[/quote]
