Dunne on cost of Navy IBMY Question #22.  He asked the cost for a site without IB but the response gives what it costs for any school that has IB at a primary school.  It could be 115k annually per site.   Remove the existing program plus other random stuff and raises fo all there is $ for MS after school. Why ask about Navy on the other side of the county?
