The MWC team that should be relegated by never will because their owner is one of the founders of ECNL - is WFC Wisconsin.

2012 - 16th (1-15-3)
2011 - 16th (0-17-1)
2010 - 7th (8-9-3)
2009 - 16th (3-18-3)
2008 - 13th (3-17-7)
07/06 - 16th (3-17-1)

these results are almost same for the last 5 years ... maybe one place different. So 4 of their 6 teams are in last place and just one in the top half of the conference. and it's been that way for years.[/quote]
