Philly Union could literally lose ALL of their games and as long as they are producing pros at the rate they are it wouldn't matter. DCU isnt producing pros AND losing the games. .So it is bad at what it does as an academy all around.
DCU Academy produced a Professional Player in the Premier League currently, unless we're all mistaken There are also DCU products in other European leagues How many MLS academies have players at Premier League clubs currently? Has Philly Union placed more academy products in European top divisions than FC Dallas. No
What you seem to not understand is that nothing you're saying proves DCU is a good academy. One outlier doesn't define the academy. He defied the odds at DCU. In today's DCU system, a player has almost no chance of becoming a professional. It just is what it is. All of the prior players at DCU were.coming from a completely different DCU academy set up and many of them were coming from DCU when it was pay to play. In its current form, DCUs academy is not set up to do its job. Only satisfy the league. Why it sucks.
