Sorry, but this falls squarely at the feet of "moderate liberals" who didn't feel the need to codify our rights in law. Who were content to stand behind "well it's settled precedent." Maybe instead of villifying progressives, you could start actually working with us to actually get something done. Oh, ok.  Did you vote in 2010?  Knew a LOT of progressives who sat out the midterms that year.  And then bi*ched ad nauseum when Congress blocked everything Obama wanted to do.  Then sat out 2016.
