You'd think that for an organization investing in the development of young athletes, they'd want to have complete control over nutrition, to ensure peak performance and health, rather than leaving it up to individual chance. You would think.  But DCU is not about producing young athletes.  It is about satisfying the MLS with a functional academy and not embarassing themselves week to week with their performances, which is proving very hard for them to do.[/quote]
