Personally, I don’t believe that for a minute. It’s about the most insignificant detail, but honestly, how many women do you know that rather have directions told to them by”north”, “south”, etc?  I think it’s just and there example of how she is just a bit better than the rest of you because she has this little nuance about her. I think she is so hyperbolic, she can’t help herself. Any little lie or exaggeration she can muster that puts her just a teeny, tiny bit above us all is her drug. She has to be better— she’s the queen of the humble brag. It’s quite a skill actually.  She takes “one upping” to a whole new level.

Actually- about the only time I’ve heard directions spewed like that is from my daddy who worked in the oil field—- when giving directions to locations— it was like, “go north 5 miles on FM 22. Then east on county road X for 2.5 miles to lease road with red cattle guard and gate and turn north into and location is 1/2 mile”.

Again I know it’s petty and really insignificant, but this sh*t is what her sycophants can’t or won’t see.  Maybe her Jenny and Shonna crowd call her on such BS, but it doesn’t matter. She’s better than them too…. But they’re still married….so there. [/quote]

Agreed. It truly is like she can't help herself from this type of bragging about herself. Like she constantly has to reassure herself that all her dad's overhyping of her throughout her life is true. She has tried to play this off and state she's really mediocre or whatever, but again that is so obviously fishing for compliments. Someone else upthread put it well - about "needing other people's envy." That is the most succinct description I can think of for Jen.  [/quote]
